Doing a reverse mortgage is complicated and easy: complicated because anytime you have to deal with banking/government bureaucracies, the requirements that need to be satisfied can be daunting but also easy when you have a reverse mortgage planner like Brian McRae as your guide and facilitator.

We were blessed from the beginning to find Brian who in addition to being personable, warm and always gracious is an expert in the intricacies of the process. Brian fully understands the complexities, explains them in a way we laymen can understand, is steadfast and thorough in making sure everything is done properly and well which protects the applicant(s) and once the process is completed and the reverse mortgage is in place remains a constant resource and presence for any questions/actions that may be required going forward including when the time comes to sell your house and close out the mortgage.
