Great homes and a nice community. The initial customer service to get me in the door was quick and very responsive. However, when I came in to meet Paula, I signed to reserve a lot for a new build. I was told give it 2-3 weeks to receive a wire transfer instructions to make my deposit. Great! That was late March-April (first week.)

Since then, I’ve called on a week to week, bi-weekly basis to get an update. Nick and Kelly have told me, “waiting on the contracts.” And that Paula would contact me, a week and a half ago.

I have given time and patience because I figured a lot of families are coming in to buy. No responses. I’ve called, left voicemails and emailed them. No responses to myself or my realtor.

I’ve passed on another community for Delaney Park with hopes that my first home would be built by the end of this year, as stated. Now, I don’t foresee a future with Brookfield Homes.

Still awaiting any response.

Worse customer service. A bunch of unprofessional to-kill warranty time is you are responsible for all of their production issues
