Stop looking, call Tyler right now! As a real estate agent I have sent many clients to Tyler over the last few years, so when the time came to find a mortgage for my first home there was no doubt in my mind who I wanted to work with. Tyler, Josh and the whole clear to close team are amazing to work with. I’m a single woman in my mid 20’s (with decent credit but a non ideal job history) buying my first house by myself and they had no issue getting me qualified and with an AMAZING interest rate.

They helped me decide which loan program would be best for me overtime, they walked me through how to get a better rate by paying points to save money in the long run. I knew I got a great interest rate but was shocked to hear my closing attorney tell me that my rate was .1 over the lowest rate he has EVER seen! (Full disclosure I applied in early 2020 when interest rates were at record lows) but Tyler and Josh are still the best. I didn’t bother shopping around because I didn’t need to. I was listening to my colleagues brag that they had clients getting 3.0 or 3.25 interest rates and I would just say they should have called Tyler he would have done better.

Don’t think that they can only help you if you have great credit either, I worked with several clients as an agent who came to me saying we want to buy a house but we’ve been turned down by multiple lenders already. Do you know anyone that can help us qualify? I didn’t even hesitate: yes, Tyler can help you. He will never say no to anyone, even if you can’t qualify right now he will set you up with a credit repair coach and they will help you recover your credit in the most efficient way possible to get you qualified as soon as possible. The clear to close team doesn’t treat their work like a job, they genuinely care about their clients and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure you understand your options and pick what’s best for you and your goals.

The Clear to Close Team came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Every member of the team moved quickly, were incredibly responsive, and made sure I was informed and understood every detail of the process. The team was very honest and up front about everything and were focused on what was best for me, even to the point they were willing to lose my business due to a builder's lender providing incentives outside of what would is rational in today's market. I would recommend to anyone/everyone as this team makes your interests their priority.
