Unethical company! We are filing a lawsuit, so I can't divulge too much information. However, I'm here to warn anyone and everyone that happens to find this company. Stay far away from any agent at this company! DO NOT USE ANY AGENT, NO MATTER HOW FAKE THEY'RE WHEN YOU FIRST MEET THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!! Find a trustworthy company!!! This is a big purchase/sale, read all the 1 star reviews, do your research, DO NOT HIRE ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY!

What a disaster! The realtor agent is misleading, selfish, and really smart of taking advantage for a newbie seller like me. I lose the value of my property because he wants his friend to get my house. He said its cheaper but you’re allowed to stay until we move. He made me worried so much of moving to an apartment and my things to storage. I did my own research per friends advised ( although its too late) to check the neighborhood selling activity. We’re so devastated, if only the realtor Agent has the courage to sell my house in a higher price; it could go higher with open house. We’re just unfortunate that this realtor agent is biased to the buyer. Here’s the thing, he made me even say “YES” to minor repair. I couldn't believed it! They got all the upgrades of my house and he said I have to repair something... Am I exorcised? Hey guys, just a piece of advise to those first timer: make your own research of the selling activity in your neighborhood, start at a higher bidding price as possible, add the upgrades to the base price of the property, and most importantly, choose the realtor that has courage to sell your property with justice and fairness to both sides....

Thought we were buying our First and forever home!! Well we thought our realtor had our back and we trusted him as first time buyers what we got was a lemonade house!! Many corrupt inspectors that they hire and when it comes down to the real deal everyone wants to wipes their hands clean and point the finger to the next one that comes along!! RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE CORRUPTION ALL THE WAY!!!
