And they also managed to get us our dream house on the very first try– while we were out of the country and on a very tight timeline! Everyone told us that buying a house in LA was such a stressful and difficult experience, but after working with Jenny Mosbaugh I wonder if they just didn't have the right agent. Or more likely, Jenny is one-of-a-kind.

From our first meeting till the day we closed the house, we kept saying "this feels too easy." We started the process with a list of "wants" for our house, most of them pipe dreams as far as we were concerned. After closing on our house we looked back over that list and realized that Jenny had managed to check ALL of those boxes! We NEVER thought we would be able to get the house that we did, but Jenny made it happen. Plus, she gets it... LA home-buying is a crazy, mind-boggling journey that makes you question reality (especially if you've moved here from a smaller market like we did).

Her attitude, knowledge, easy-going nature, and confidence were key to us landing in the house of our dreams. The seller and his realtor were so complimentary of her and I know that the process wouldn't have gone as smoothly with anyone else. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone.
