When meeting with Craig, he was calm, smiling, welcoming, and enthusiastic but not pushy or aggressive. He listened to us to learn our needs and wishes – in addition to a high offer and quick sale, of course! Craig was able to suggest and recommend other professionals to help – mortgage brokers, tax accountants, etc.

He very thoroughly researched comparable homes in the area to aid in setting both listing and target prices. These were impressively presented in a binder. Craig continued to put us at ease, with assurances to take care of everything! This was an immense relief as we were dreading the effort to remove and clean up the property. Craig shared plans along with the costs for preparing the home for sale – in our case, clean up and removal of unwanted items, painting, staging and advertising, etc.

We had purchased another home first. Craig and friends took over immediately the very next day after we moved out. It took about a week or so to finish prepping the house before listing. Craig himself was present during open house sessions. He kept us informed both before, during and after the sale; we were never in the dark as to what was going on.

When it came time to review offers, Craig was particularly helpful in evaluating the desirability of different bids and orchestrating counter proposals. He did not attempt to steer us toward accepting a particular offer, allowing us to make the decision we were comfortable with.
