We highly recommend Deborah Broman for anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Wine Country. As buyers, we are very pleased with our recent purchase. Deborah took the time to get to know us, and what we were looking for, and was extremely patient given we didn’t have a set timeframe. She has excellent knowledge of all the various neighborhoods and which areas would be good for our requirements, helping us focus our search. This was especially important as we were buying from out of town. Deborah Russell-Broman with Coldwell Banker Napa Valley recently assisted my family with the sale of our family home in Yountville CA and did an outstanding and very much appreciated job. Communication was extremely important to me because I live out of state and Deborah was always available to update me day or night even weekends with all the details of the sale process. Along with the listing and arranging home and pest inspections Deborah gave recommendations of mild improvements pre sale and helped me through their Blue Ribbon process that allowed us to borrow funds from Coldwell to pay for the improvements and other upfront costs such as painting inside and out, junk hauling, handyman service, landscaping and house cleaning all of which Deborah also arranged. After a couple of offers fell through and it felt like the sale was going to be a struggle, she kept a positive and upbeat tone and assured me that the house would sell and not to worry.
