Shiela and her entire team were incredible! Truly! First and foremost, her team is really a one-stop shop for anything you need. We checked around with others, but no one really had the same services (at a moment's notice) and with a very personal touch. Our re-financing became complicated as we were traveling out of the country AND California wildfires were raging AND it was the holidays. But, Shiela was hands on - her team were very attentive and present daily and in contact with us - even with a 12 hour time difference! Really, don't waste your time - call Shiela, and she will steer you transparently, honestly, and come up with the best plan that suits you. We were completely satisfied with her team and the outcome!

Shiela played a vital role in our refinance. The rates at the time were high. She listened to our rate goal and kept a eye on the market. Once it was down almost to our goal She reached out. We locked our rate in for 30 days. Sure enough mortgage rates started to go up again. Fortunately for us, we were locked in. Although our credit score didn't change and the rates kept going up, we were able to refinance at a reasonable rate. Her and the team kept us updated throughout the whole process. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else to refinance. Definitely reach out to Shiela and team if you are in the market for a new home purchase or looking to refinance.
