I cannot say enough good things about working with Marilee! I would give her ten stars if I could. Our house was unsellable until Marilee took charge! She made the process of selling our house so incredibly easy. A huge plus is that she is a joy to work with and one of the nicest people I have ever met! I cannot recommend using her as your realtor, you will absolutely not regret it!

Marilee is absolutely fantastic. I was forced to sell my home due to a really ugly divorce. It was as heated as you can possibly imagine and Marilee did a great job of working with both parties to make it as simple as possible. We had to overcome many hurdles - we had a contractor flake out on us, we also had issues with our buyer getting a loan letter - they actually ended up using Marilee’s lender - she helped to get them the loan. She literally did her job plus the other realtor’s job in my opinion. She even scheduled a separate time for me to come sign my closing documents alone in peace away from ex-wife to make it as drama free as possible. Hands down - if you need to sell your home - she will get it done. I honestly don’t think anyone else could have sold our home with the absolute cluster drama of our divorce going on- but she did. Also if you are in a high conflict house sell situation like a divorce - I highly recommend her - she can handle it - she can handle anything. She is a wonderful person and I am so thankful God sent her my way. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. She is the person to go with. Take my word for it.

Let me just say that Marilee Henson showed up and out for my parents. Marilee put a lot of time and effort in the sale of my parent’s house. She was super understanding and always quick to respond. Marilee Henson is an absolute blessing. She has to be the greatest realtor of all time. She is what other realtors dream of becoming. If you want your dream house you will get it when you choose her. She goes way above and beyond helping you find a home. Very organized, efficient, a real go getter and will fight with all she has!! We just love her and thank her to the moon and back.
