Susan is a winner! If you are looking for someone who knows the real estate business and can give timely and professional advice, I recommend Susan Lehman. Susan was always available for our questions and she always guided us in the right direction with her answers.

She was always there for us giving us advice on everything from repairs that need to be made, to staging our home, and recommending workmen and contractors that that we could contact to do the finish work to get our house ready to sell.

She was able to clearly explain each step of the process from preparing the house to closing. If/when there was a potential problem that popped up she was available to explain the the problem and present possible solutions.

Through this process we found a friend that was reliable and trustworthy. She treated us as with the dignity and respect she would have given to her own family. Thank you Susan for being our helper, but most of all for being our friend

Susan is amazing! She was the listing agent for a house we just had to have. She was helpful as acting as a dual agent, and she had a laugh as I made an offer and went under contract sight unseen. Susan works hard on either side to ensure her clients needs are met and she never failed to answer phone calls, texts, emails, etc. With her help it was a seamless process and we closed at day 30! Susan Lehman and her Keller Williams team did a remarkable job selling my home, which was a unique property in many ways (a completely remodeled historic home dating to the late 1800s). Like Having a Friend in the Neighborhood.
I have worked with many realtors and have bought and sold without realtors. In this particular sale, I was happy to enlist Susan because I knew what a rockstar she would be.
