Bill Moseley was a tremendous help to us in finding the perfect property for us to build our retirement homes. Finding vacant land in Napa county is difficult and even harder when we are searching from Illinois and Texas. This was a joint family purchase and we had reached out to several realtors on our last trip to Napa, most didn’t even call back. Bill not only met us to show us property, but after we returned home he was a great asset, providing information on the local market, then later going to the city to discuss building limitations, and even getting us referrals for other contractors we needed for the property.
