My Family and I have lived here for 3 years and are very happy here. The town home has a nice floor plan with a decent sized yard with a washer and dryer inside the unit is a plus. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. The maintenance staff and Salvador the office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. We like that it is a pet friendly community. We enjoy living her at Brush Creek Town homes.

I have nothing but positive feedback for the RHcommunities apartments. Been at the property for a couple of years now. I love the layout, stainless steal appliances in the kitchen, hardwood flooring through my whole unit. The property is well taken care of. The pool and barbecue area is a plus. Friendly neighbors. Pet friendly, what else can I ask for! Great management and maintenance staff. Any maintenance issues you may have are addressed immediately. I would definitely recommend these apartments, to friends, family, or anyone that is looking for a place to call home.

I've lived at the Boston Court apartments for a year now and I see many constant and positive changes. I did not care for the old manager, Keira. She was always unavailable and unprofessional, especially during times of need. They have recently got rid of her and hired a new manager, Sal. He is a breath of fresh air as he is prompt in responding to my concerns. He is always so helpful when I have an issue, and goes above and beyond to make my son and I feel comfortable and safe. He is very easy to approach and talk to. He also has many wonderful suggestions of restaurants and trails/parks nearby. 10/10 recommend Sal and Renaissance Housing!!

I have lived in Brush Creek Apts for about 2 or 3 years now. The level of professionalism and availability are impeccable. When I have a concern Sal addresses it right away or will let me know that he has to check in it and get back to me. The property manger has made this apartment community more suitable for families. The times that Sal has taken the time out to explain things to me and help me figure things out is SO APPRECIATED! He keeps the residents well informed of the expectations while residing in the apartment complex. Thank you Sal for all that you do! YOU ARE APPRECIATED!

After 5 years I've noticed some of the signage to prevent illegal parking, improvements around the property, tow truck actually coming onsite... I'd like to say thank you to the property management for making a better effort. As most of the time it's complaining and heartfelt frustration from the other tenants I'd like to show appreciation as well. Especially grateful to have maintenance around here, I have some issues with some not wearing shoe covers tracking the work boots in the apartment.

The upstairs ARE NOT carpeted so you hear everything going on upstairs which is my weekly complaint. I understand you can't "make" people behave and do the right thing but there is a thing called consequences, lease violations. Everyone has a right to enjoy a peaceful and quiet living space it's also CA law. Pet owners leave droppings other tenants tracking it on the walkway. Trash and misc stuff left in car ports. Minimal parking on the street lots of double parked cars. Management will make threats of violation to cleanup the carport but the tenants never do. There's a guy that works on cars was able to remove an entire engine and more without consequence in his carport. Same people smoke cigarettes on property which insights others to smoke as well. Same people that have a dirt bike and ride around the court like a dirty bike track. 😮‍💨

The surrounding areas are nice place for walking and a short distance from highway 4. If you're single with one vehicle or don't have a family don't mind some noise come on over. The maintenance team is awesome and blessed to have camaraderie with of some of neighbors.
