We bought a a whirl pool washer from Alabama Power with a warranty . It has not worked well since but we did not complain. However it has been broken for almost 2 weeks and Ms Britton and whirlpool have been giving us the run around , since reporting the issue.I would give zero stars but it does not give me that option.
