J.R. and his team consistently go above and beyond for us throughout the entire process selling our home. They were able to get us the maximum value for the house, and they really fought every step of the way in the negotiation so that we were taking care of.

They made the transaction as smooth as possible, and kept us in the loop with all of the twist and turns that every real estate transaction goes through. They would call us every single day towards the end of the transaction, making sure that we knew what was going on, and they were proactively, asking how they can help us! That was such a cool experience for my wife and I, we felt so taken care of.

As a seller, one of my biggest concerns was that I would not be able to sell my home for the price that I hoped, or that the process would be a very frustrating back-and-forth.

5-Star Experience! JR helped my family navigate the Redding housing market for over a year (from scoping to actually looking for homes and putting in an offer). He was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Not forceful or tried to get us to think his way. His honesty and integrity kept us from putting in an offer on a 'good looking' house that was both structurally and financially not the best for our family. We saw several houses (even on Sunday!) and he didn't once complain. He held our hands through the whole process - from extensive search & viewings to closing - and he extended his 5-star team to us gave us a 5-star experience! We received calls consistently from his team just to see if we had any questions. They answered ALL of our questions - even visited the house we desired and had put in an offer for without us being there. He was so generous to us! Even took us out on meals. JR knows the right people and businesses to make your home buying process a breeze! Go with him! We'll certainly refer others to him and his team!!

VIP Service. J.R. McGee and his team took care of us at every stage. J.R. was very knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, genuinely cared about our feedback during showings, and gave us great insights on each property. We were buyers from out of state, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were able to see properties we were considering via video tours so that by the time we were able to be in town, we knew which properties to focus our time on.
