I planned on going into retirement and wanted to sell my 5 bedroom home and seamlessly move into a condo. Where do I start? Who do I talk to for help on this? Someone gave me Archie Robb’s name and phone number.

I texted Archie and got a return phone call in less than 5 minutes. I laid out what I wanted and needed and a face to face meeting was set up at my time of convenience.

If you have questions on any aspect of selling a home… what are the exact steps to selling a house and about how long does each step take, and what out of pocket costs might there be, etc., etc., etc.?

Archie answered ALL my questions with honesty and clarity, explaining both sides of the house buying-house selling process both from the buyer’s point of view and from the seller’s viewpoint which gave me a clear picture of how the real estate game is played. He also volunteered to help me with my condo.

So I gave Archie a thumbs-up and in the mean time I hunted for condos over the internet.

My house went ‘on the market’ in less than a week and a half with the first open house. I also soon found a condo that interested me and Archie set up a tour of it with that party and BAM!, we are off to the races.

End of story, my house sold at a great price, the condo purchase went smooth as silk with my getting it’s keys a few days before giving my key to the buyer of my house, which made the moving out/moving in process stressless.

Achie was totally instrumental in both cycles. He was open to my phone calls day or night if I had ANY questions.

I highly recommend this realtor to anyone selling or buying a home.
