Dorian is one of the most professional and incredibly helpful loan officers I could have ever hoped for. This was my first time purchasing a home, and you can imagine all the financial questions I had as a newbie…Dorian was able to answer them no matter how simple or complicated they were. He gave my partner and I valuable insight to financial advice and mortgage information, as we looked for houses all the way up to a year post-purchase. He checks in to ensure we are still getting the best we can financially (homesteading for example), and continues to assist with questions we have. Dorian was one of a few Mortgage Consultants I vetted in beginning of my mortgage hunting venture. The other 2 competitors were large companies (many employees all handling different aspects of the initial sign up and info gathering process). Dorian on the other hand was the one that picked up the phone at any time and took my info and answered any questions I had. He walked me through the process and explained in detail the intricate and sometimes confusing estimated closing costs.
