Tood Janes goes around acting like he is trying to help people when in actuality he is actually leading the way for thieves scoundrels and drug abusers. He helped my mom pack $60k worth of tools into a garage when the city of Redding began issuing citation for code enforcement. A few months later all of my possessions were stolen from the storage unit. All the while he was representing my mom as the seller on a home which was out of his range of competency to list as a realtor. I have since messaged him “I want you to leave my mother alone.” Since receiving the text he has called her stating he was just checking on her.

Stacy Baxter along with Lis Peery and the rest of the Venture Properties all work togather to make nothing less than exceptional ! While Stacy was selling our house which she got asking price for us, Lis was hard at work finding my dream home. As a courier i make deliveries to a lot of real estate offices. A lot of them have agents that seem like they can't be bothered, or that they are annoyed with your presence. Not the case here. These people will greet you and ask you how your day is. They are down to earth and relatable. If your in the market for a home definitely give the folks at Venture a try.
