When it comes to mortgages Jorge is the absolute best. If I could give him 20 stars I would give him 20 stars. I am 40 something years old and I thought I would be renting my entire life. Everytime I spoke with a mortgage broker it was the same thing and I never got approved. Jorge got me approved for my first home last year and just got me approved for a second home. He is amazing. The process is very easy with him. He guides you all the way through the process and is always available to answer questions. I cannot express in words how happy I am with his service.

Jorge Malo managed our application process for obtaining a mortgage. He was focused, detailed and efficient in guiding us on information that was required to move the process along. He was extremely supportive and patient as we navigated the process after 27 years of being in one place and transitioning to another state and importantly to another home. Working with Jorge was the best customer service I have had in years. First, he is super nice and responsive. When you have a question you pick up the phone and call him directly. He is always available. Second, Jorge really knows what he is doing. I started off with a different mortgage person and she told me I had to pay off a low interest auto loan to get a mortgage. Jorge not only told me that I did not have to pay off the car, he suggested I right off the depreciation on the car, which saved me money on my taxes. I am self employed and it is not easy to get a mortgage. Jorge was a master at dealing with all the issues that came up. If I had not met Jorge I would not have been able to buy my home. I am extremely grateful to him. He really provided amazing service and I am super happy.

Jorge Malo has shown to me what it means to CARE about one’s job. He represented us at a time when we really needed someone who was willing and able to understand our situation. Jorge took the time to not only listen but also to make sure the job got done. After hearing our story, which most agents don’t seem to have the patience and care to do, he immediately went into action and guided us to overcome the few hiccups we encountered along the way.
Jorge was not the first and only agent we approached for this particular case. We had contacted two other agents before him and they only looked on the surface and quickly wrote us off. Jorge went the extra mile to carefully analyze our situation and when it was all said and done, did what had to be done, and got us the best deal possible.
