Laundry facilities are disgusting and have looked like this for a month now. Washers have standing water in them and several have broken latches. Dryers take at least 2 cycles even on high heat. Do better.Edited to add- the generic response of send an email makes no sense. Walk 100 feet to the right and enter the laundry room and view for yourself. There is no need for discussion regarding the state of the facility- photos speak for themselves.

I lived at 701 (two different apartments) for FIVE years and loved every minute of it. We moved to Mobile from Indiana, and just recently moved to Charleston SC. I will definitely miss the staff.. property manager Courtney has turned this property AROUND! Dana is so bubbly and easy to talk to.. Jarvis who runs maintenance is also top notch. You’ll never meet a cooler and friendlier staff! Clean grounds, quiet, up to date appliances.. I’ll miss 701! I work in the multi family industry and I recommend 701 to everyone!

As a full time student who just moved to Mobile, Dana and Courtney go above and beyond for their tenants! They definitely give a warm welcome to everyone! The day I moved in they personally cleaned the apartment before my arrival, and went into detail about their policies and guidelines leaving me with zero questions and concerns. 10/10 recommend coming to live at 701 South!!

Idk if I am or not, but I feel like I’m the longest living resident here. I’ve been living at 701 South since 2017 or 2018. I’ve been through a few office managers. Nicole was awesome and Courtney and her staff have been amazing. To the people complaining about the laundry room… practically the WHOLE complex uses it. It’s not the manager’s fault that people are sloppy. And they can’t clean it every single day. As for the washers and dryers not working properly, there is a huge sign on the wall giving detailed instructions on how to report those and also get your money back which I have done a couple of times. Easy. The apartments are old and I do agree that some things could have been done better when they renovated them which was way before I ever moved in. I’ve had my ups and downs with neighbors and Courtney and her security officers have been ready and willing to listen and take care of the situations at hand in a professional way. The maintenance team is ALWAYS there almost as soon as I put my ticket in for whatever it is I need. I’ve never had a maintenance man take very long to come see what’s going on. One of the managers before Courtney even had my porch screen door switched out bc mine was not closing all the way. I also get a call when a package can’t be delivered to my door. I’ve had pests in between pest control and Courtney sent the pest control guy to my apartment bc I was freaking out. They just care so much about the little things. Even the landscaping is well kept which cannot be said for another very expensive apartment complex right down the road where I used to live. My sister lives in a very “nice looking” apartment complex in walking distance of this one. The outside looks nice and pretty but boy has it been anything but that and they have not even been there for a year yet. They have leaks that people can’t “seem to find.” The complex wants them to replace their own fluorescent light in the kitchen, the dishwasher doesn’t work, and their AC continuously goes out on them, the neighbors are rowdy, do drug deals in front of my sisters doorway, etc, and manager tells my sister that the security officer is not there for those reasons to call the cops! Are you kidding me?! THANK GOD for 701 South management, security officers, and maintenance team. Courtney, just please don’t leave until I do okay? Thanks. ?

Been staying here for a little over a year now and I have no complaints. The staff is great! Courtney is so helpful and professional. Maintenance crew never disappoints. If you are looking for a place I recommend .

This place is AMAZING! by far my best experience with apartments EVER! Management is great with communication and timely handling issues! I have not had one single issue here! I plan on staying until I’m ready to buy my house!!! Thanks so much 701 team! ?

I have finished up about half of my lease at 701 south, it was my first apartment after moving out of my parents house, i was excited and very happy with it at first but it just kept getting worst by the week. Multiple nights a week i come home from work and there is no parking because of cars with no parking decals. I have Company over and there is no available spots in the visitor parking so they tow their car overnight for parking and non-visitor spots when they claim they will not tow you if the spots are full. Maintance is horrible, i I haven’t had a working bedroom light in almost a month now yet I see Dana dragging The maintenance man on a skateboard by the maintance golf cart right in front of my apartment. Every time I bring up an issue with the front desk, they just gaslight me and get frustrated and hang up on me. These apartments are definitely not worth the money for how little of an effort they make to make your stay enjoyable
