I can’t say enough good things abut Marie Taylor and I feel grateful to have her on the team. Marie has helped us get our family store re rented and helped us through a lot of differed maintenance and updating.
If I wanted to sell Marie would definitely be the person, but what impressed me always is instead of going after the big sale, she respected our family legacy building and worked tirelessly to get it sorted out and find us a good tenant. Marie did the whole thing with 100% Class all the way. She professionally got things done and goodness prevailed when she was faced with less than scrupulous characters. She met with contractors and threw us many options for our building as well as ways to proactively avoid issues. Marie constantly kept me in the loop about every detail. She never stops working seven days a week.
Marie worked tirelessly for months and has fantastic communication skills, attention to details I would not have even thought of to make sure that both parties would be happy and taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about Marie’s ethics are well as well work ethic, Feel free to ask me anything.
I can't speak for anyone else at NAI, all companies have good and bad people, but Marie for sure is 100% solid .

Working with Marie Taylor and Katerina Kamar was a memorable experience, and I recommend them to anyone in the market for a commercial realtor!

From the first meeting, I could tell I was dealing with a professional who had a wealth of knowledge, and most importantly, she said to me that she "will walk me through every step of the way" I felt like I was in good hands.
Marie and her teammate Katerina listened very well to me. My business is unique, and I gave her a lot of requirements on the type of properties we can occupy. We landed in an excellent location, and Marie handled the negotiations well, which allowed me some great opportunities to launch my business!
The whole experience was great. I was excited to go on walk-throughs with them. Finding the location was a lot of fun; I can see why Marie and Kat love their job.
