My loan officer Mara was exceptional ,fantastic, amazing, wonderful.... through out the whole process. I wanted to give up at the end, but she was always there and encouraged me not to give it. She was just the best of the best that words can't even describe. She responded quickly to your needs. She picked up her phone when I called or returned the call ASAP if she's busy she would send you a text right away. She has done a fabulous job helping me buying my first home.
