Was referred by a friend! Putting up a new fence and wanted to make sure it went on the lot line. Called Pridmore, they came out within a few weeks, very efficient and kind, even helped the neighbor understand. Glad I did it - worth every penny! My current fence was over 20' short on one side. Joe Pridmore and company were amazing to work with. We needed a topological survey for our Napa Land.We contacted many surveyors , not only Joe had the best price but he was very prompt to response and very professional throughout the process. we had to wait for a couple of months for the job to start and he kept his updated through email. We were looking for a surveyor, to determine property lines for a project at our home in Napa Valley and Pridmore & Company was top on my list. This was a new experience for me and it exceeded my expectations. I was pleased that both Joe and Lexi explained their process and that all commitments were met. Joe took time to explain what he was doing and outcomes as he conducted the land survey. Lexi explained their contract and invoice processes so I knew what to expect. We needed to have a parcel of land surveyed that had very little historical information available. After a lot of shopping around and communication with a few surveying companies, we concluded Pridmore and Company was the best option in terms of responsive customer service and price. We had the pleasure of working with Joe and Lexi to have our property surveyed. The survey was competed in a very timely and professional manner. Not only was the work product what we had hoped for, but the quality of service exceeded expectations. Excellent Service. I have an old property that I have lived on for many years without knowing the actual boundaries. I called several companies comparing prices and my concerns.
