It was great working with Kass and Renee at the Davidon Homes sales office. The homes have great floor plans. The lot sizes are pretty decent. The location is ideal for freeway access, shopping, restaurants, bart, etc.

Large lots. The size of backyards is a dream coming true. The model home backyards were horribly decorated. This was the only lackluster area of displayed homes.

We bought our Davidon home at Park Ridge when they first opened with no model homes. The purchasing experience in addition to the loan process with there preferred lender (Susie Wingate) was professional from start to finish. Our home is amazing and was worth the wait. We haven’t had to call Customer Service for much, but on the one occasion that we did their attention to resolving our concern was exceptional and quick.
