My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Flats Midtown, and our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The Manager there Ms.Reed helped me get my very first apartment. She was very welcoming and gave me great advice about credit and the rental process. She was very professional and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a first time apartment.

Loved staying here. The staff was very friendly. The apartments were nice and so were the grounds. Stayed for two years and only had 1 maintenance issue involving the ac unit and maintenance quickly fixed the issue. There are plenty of sidewalks for walks throughout the neighborhood, an on-site laundry facility, a pool, and a dog area. The only con was the lack of trash areas.

The maintenance responded fast in getting the AC fixed. It wasn’t cooling causing a lot of discomfort during the move but as soon as I got a hold of them they fixed it right away.

I have blow flies Coming in my living room window. And in my kitchen. And my neighbors up top stairs don't give dam about trash at there back door . when I open my door . I have to close it back fast . it smells that dam bad. Your management team need to do a better job . I have said something about that trash bye the neighbors back door . nothing happened. Please help . I'm 2568 south Florida street unit B mobile Alabama. . I will call tomorrow to see what will happen or if the problem will get fix .
