So my wife and I got behind due to the pandemic our neighbor had sold her place and recommended here realtor. So we met with her grantit our place needed a lot of work so this is what was told to us , she is going to get us $6000 to go on vacation while some quick fixes are done also she was going to help us find a rental. So a week or two go by no vacation and come to find out her and her husband are going to buy it at a more then fair price. And allow us to stay up to 3 months after the sale. So everything is signed we received escrow payouts . Things don't look right also my family has been living in a hotel ever since got no help from realtor whatso everwhat she did do is recommended us to a couple looking to retire so for the last two months my family have been learning the dry cleaning business. So w question the payments and un be own Ed to us escrow company convientlywith held $4400.00 so now we get final escrow and it shows our got paid $35000 so we questioned that since she she did not nor have to show the house now all of a sudden we are no longer a good fit for the business and we are absolutely homeless now
