The services provided by Contra Loma Estates Homeowners Association are highly disappointing. They seem more focused on raising HOA fees than delivering quality results. Routine tasks are frequently delayed, and their lack of attention to essential maintenance is incredibly frustrating. The rising costs are unjustifiable, as there are no noticeable improvements in the community. Additionally, their service attitude and efficiency are extremely poor. I hope they take serious steps to improve their performance, transparency, and responsiveness. Out-sourcing Security has no ability to remove the parking on other premise and others has to pay for the fees.

Subject: Unacceptable HOA Services and Management

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Contra Loma Estates Homeowners Association. If I could rate them negative stars, I would. The HOA seems far more focused on increasing fees than on actually providing the quality service that residents deserve. Routine tasks are regularly delayed, and maintenance of essential areas is consistently neglected. The rising fees are unjustifiable, especially given the lack of improvements to the community.

The HOA’s attitude and efficiency are appalling with days, weeks, months of delay in responses and actions. Their decision to outsource security has proven ineffective, as they have failed to address basic parking issues, forcing residents to pay for the consequences. I’ve had to spend an excessive amount of time sending communications, providing evidence, and submitting photos to the HOA, only for them to completely disregard any action. For example, they failed to remove an unregistered vehicle from a homeowner’s garage space and neglected hazardous materials in the shared garage. Additionally, there was no communication with residents regarding the potential dangers of these issues.

As a result of the HOA’s inaction, I was forced to park my car on the street, only for it to be struck by a U-Haul driven by a neighbor who hit my car, parked it, and fled without leaving any contact information. My car is now totaled, and I have no transportation to get to work, which has caused considerable stress.

In conclusion, the management of this HOA is woefully inadequate. If you have a better option, I strongly recommend you avoid this HOA and its management at all costs.

Trash has not been picked up for 2 weeks now, it's creating a bad smell and I've already seen roaches. I'm contacting The City Of Antioch on these.

Its okay. People move in and out all the time rent is crazy going up. Has a pool and laundry unit that steals your money.
