While every business has its bumpy roads. Every adventure starts somewhere and with the help of Ethan Conrad properties we getting our dream location together and smoothing out all the issues. Showing their skills to help their tenants offering help and advice with the city an onward. Our biggest help was Basi! Amazing person and as helpful as he could be.

Some of the recent reviews sound bogus. We have nothing but painful experiences and anxiety dealing with the property managers and all staffs from this company. Beware on calling them for any repairs/assistance because that will roll over to your monthly statement without prior signed approval/ agreement of service. For the CAM balance they charge, you get no benefits or maintenance. Area is unsafe and we got a rape case on site, so we installed security camera to prevent future cases and to document them. The camera is also not in anyway bother other tenants. We were asked to remove. Beware at all costs and have everything in writing including free rent period, maintenance, signages, plumbing, etc. to avoid hefty bills and hair loss moments
