I don't normally write too many online reviews. I'm no AI bot or a fake review. What I am is a real person, and a first-time, out-of-state buyer who started off talking to USAA and Rocket Mortgage (who has an affiliation with Charles Schwab my broker, retirement broker, and bank). In both cases, I felt like a number and the person at the other end was just going through the procedural motions. I definitely didn't feel that I was getting very personal or concierge service. My sister had mentioned Shantian Simmons and Swift Mortgage early on but I thought that the credit union and Schwab affiliate approaches would be the way to play it safe trying to do my first mortgage. So to triangulate on my options before moving forward I decided to give Swift Mortgage a call, and I am glad that I did! Right way, I felt that I was getting good information, transparency, honesty, responsiveness, and personalized service. For me, as a first-time buyer living in Hawaii and buying a cabin in Arizona working with Shantian at Swift Mortgage was one million percent the way to go. Every step of the way was clearly explained, timelines were prompt, with complete transparency, and honestly. They worked closely with my awesome broker, Mindy Terlesky, and coordinated with the property insurer, inspector, and title company. There were so many moving pieces to buying a house that I am so grateful to have Shantian at Swift Mortgage shining the light on the home buying process, and I can't imagine having gone about it without his service. My advice... sure go ahead and shop around of course, but after checking out a few other options give Shantian at Swift Mortgage an opportunity to win your business. His breadth of knowledge, extensive experience, clarity, professionalism, and personalized service will give you a new perspective on what you should expect to receive in your home buying experience compared to most other options out there. You won't be disappointed! Swift Mortgage is definitely worth considering for your business.
