I’m giving 0 stars if there was a way to give - 0 stars I would. My sister in law was a client of this business . Blue line property management failed miserably from the start! It seems they just wanted to get someone anyone into my sister in-laws property without doing any kind of a background check. The animal that my sister in laws property was rented to was completely destroyed from floor to ceiling windows to the walls. Broken windows door frames ceiling fans blinds light switches ripped up carpet closet cabinet doors ripped off security door demolished( that’s got me puzzled) feces food smeared on walls microwave destroyed oven destroyed the list goes on and on!!! Disgusting!!! Why was there never any inspection done by the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Then when my sister in law complained numerous times requesting Blue Line to do their job nothing happened! She was ignored it seems this guy is most interested in running for office than taking care of his paying clientele!

I would give this business zero stars if I could. This guy works for city council and talks about providing good customer service to contractors but he cannot even provide that for his paying customers, my mom was his customer. You call them and they do not answer, you leave a message and they do not call back, you go to their office and you cannot get someone to open the door. This business is a joke, but they sure as hell take that monthly payment from you, and they are nonexistent when you need their help when dealing with tenants. Sadly this man is running for board of supervisors and I do not want this man elected and making decisions for us in this county.

not a good company, they allow a tenant to vandalize a property and take no responsibility for it. they cost the home owner alot of money to repair beyond damaged home.. don't do business with this company. owner is down right rude and shouldn't be in public office he can't be trusted.

Wow... If I could rate Blue Line with 10 Stars, I would... I've been investing in real estate since 2015 and had multiple property managers, NO ONE IS LIKE BLUE LINE... If I had to choose one word to describe my experience, it would be "Simplicity." Before I found Mike and Blue Line, I had new tenants every year under various property managers. Tenant would pay for the first 6-8 months and stop paying. Because of such, I spent multiple months in court throughout the years. In 2021 I found Blue Line by coincidence. Mike was confident in his placement of tenants and process for finding the best fit. He offers different packages giving the Landlord a tailored level of comfort. As the saying goes, You get what you pay for... Today I spend 5 seconds at the begining of the month viewing notifications that tenant payment has been received. Thats it... Choose Blue Line for your property management. You will not be disappointed.

Dealing with tenants is good when it's good and absolutely horrific when it's not. Blue Line Property Management has taken all the worry and stress out of it. Always responsive and ahead of any potential issues. This is not a collect rent for you company and call you when there are issues. Blue Line Property Management takes care of your properties as if they were their own.

I just took back my property from my tenants, but house was dirty and yards are messy. Mike came to me and I delivered my house under his management. He took over the house and got it cleaned and fixed. The dramatic thing was some work he quoted I did feel a little too expensive, He was patient and look for more quotes finally to get the one I satisfied. He listened and cared fore my concerns and answered questions. I feel happy to have my property managed by him.

I have worked with Mike for years and he has handled everything in real estate for me. Recently I needed his help with two properties in Bay Point for property management and the response was great! He answered all of my questions and took care of everything my family and I needed. He was very attentive to my needs.
