If I could give a no star I would my sister stay at one of there apartments she been there two years laundry never work the same hole in wall the never came back and fix black mold from the bathroom they scared of the man that sale drugs on the property my sister never had roaches they infested they got a man that spray once a month. The maintenance people the skinny one be buying drugs from the man on the property they be drinking in back with company truck. I seen with my own eyes they walk in your apartment with no notice any time they feel

DO NOT rent from these ppl ! I have never in my life lived in a home like this . Everything was perfect when we first moved in . 2 weeks into it , I start finding mold in crazy places . For instance ,in the cabinets where my pots were . Then I started noticing it in other places , such as the bathrooms, the door where the attic led to , above the windows , on some of the light switches, in closets … I told the land lord about this and he had his “cleaning crew” come and spray bleach on it . Btw they are all crack heads and tweakers . Moving on …. So the walls in this home became fragile , meaning you could barely bump a wall and you could knock a hole in it …. This house quickly began to fall apart , floors began buckling , they were so bad that you couldn’t even shut any of the doors in the home . The front door was so hard to open from all the moisture ,that the DOOR KNOB fell off and we were unable to use that door . Had to use the back door !!! Anywaysssss this man is now TRYING to sue me for 5 grand. He is trying to say that we intentionally tore his home up . Like I said do notttttt rent from this slum lord !!!!! If you really look at the pictures ,you can see where he already did patch work from the ppl before us . So this was NOT the first time this had happened like he kept telling us ! BEWARE!!!!!!

If anyone want to look at any property by M&B Realty they let you pay a deposit of 20$ for key, look at property see if you like return the and get key deposit back had no good luck on properties look and out come.

This company is good about fixing things in the apartment. But paying 700.00 rent is high when there is no working laundry mate and nothing new in the apartments. My kitchen sink only has one big sink,no two sided sink, my stove has no venter hood, When I cook the smoke alarm goes off. If I can move I will if I had the money.

Highly would NOT recommend! The people that works in the office is super manipulative and super shady when handling business. These people basically rob me of my deposit money for a house that was not properly prepared to be live in. I wasted time and lost money dealing with this company. They are half doing maintenance jobs for section 8 housing because section 8 inspectors are not coming out doing inspections right now due to COVID. ALSO SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN THEIR OFFICE ARE DOING THE INSPECTIONS. HOW SHADY IS THAT! No tenants rights in their contract, nor was I provided rights. I just want to prevent someone else from making a mistake with them. I was vulnerable, they scam me and took advantage.

The staff is very rude unhelpful with anything you need!!! The Girl (C) in the desk just behind the window said more than twice look it up on your phone!!! The responses were rude and antagonistic and followed by a loud OK you have a good day!!! Bye bye! And if you can believe there were major issues with the address list one listing was off by 2 numbers and instead of Ave they listed it as a street... They go by a semi honor system where you leave them $20 per key you can look at the apt/house on your own. Again the addresses are off on a few so you may stick the key in a house that is taken like I did!! Be careful going to view without proper guidance you may get lost or have to speak to several different people to help you find it like I did. It's not fun looking for a place when the help is ill equipped with knowledge or intelligence no matter what community they serve. Verrrrry cheap rent but once you see the places you get it! I have no pointers for this company as to cleaning up their act they have obviously been in business before I was born so they know they have a foothold in business but that bullet proof glass says a lot about how dirty they are. Thank you M&B for the slap in the face and the wake up call! Cheap is not always better especially if you can help it GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE PEOPLE!
