My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Remax and the Carpenters for a 2nd time and were very satisfied repeat customers. There were several hurdles this go around but with the two of them, Mary & Scott Carpenter, they manage to still make the transaction of selling and purchasing a blessing for the two of us. I highly recommend them for any of your real estate needs! You will not be disappointed and will feel very took care of and special by everyone you speak with at remax! We do not plan on going anywhere anytime soon but I am certain my wife and I will be three time clients if we do! Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Carpenter for everything y’all have done for us thus far!

Wish negative stars was an option for Mary Carpenter. The worst realtor experience I have ever encountered. Mary is extremely pushy and hard to get a hold of. You’ll hear from her assistants more than you will from her. She presents herself in a professional manner but once you start trying to sell a house with her she only cares about closing the sell as fast as possible. She doesn’t listen to the person she represents. She is not helpful at all. I strongly recommend you find someone else to help you as she will not make time for you. The only times I did hear from her she always complained that she was working late and it wasn’t even past closing time. Completely unsatisfied with her and wish I would have fired her at the first moment I realized she did not have my interest. She will negotiate on your behalf without your permission and without sending legal paperwork to have you sign it for negotiations. I do not trust her at all and neither should you.
