I’ve rented with the Rent Experts for a year. It seems to have been a change with the management’s scope and the service has improved during this short time. As with any management company, you may have to follow-up if you haven’t received a response in your idea timeframe; their communication portal is a plus that I liked using. They will text you about your work orders and you can keep up with the progress. They aimed to address our concerns timely and with favorable results.

I live in a 1940's house in Mobile area and I pay 1050$ a month and the house is falling apart with zero attention. They have contractors with poor skills and they also drink on the job as they left the beer cans in my yard debris. This people constantly harras us with charging hundreds of dollars for repairs they haven't done in years. This is a second year here when we rented first it was 790$ and since they don't want to do true repairs, they rather raise the rent to kick us out. This is by far the worst company case I've heard. I'm glad we .moving next month. R.I.P Rent Shixxxperts

Super speedy and effective communication by Christian and the rest of the team. Brought up an issue that I was having at my apartment and Christian had someone come out to fix the issues that same evening.

HORRIBLE. Do not- whatever you do- rent with these people. They HARASSED me for the entire year I was there on late rent (it was never late, they just could not correctly run their business and see I paid)- and even went as far as to HANG AN EVECTION NOTICE ON MY DOOR (despite my rent being paid on the first. As it always was). Then they STOLE $125 at move out! Do not ever do business with them. Doug is unprofessional and rude and is more concerned with stealing your money so he can pay for his heinous Jaguar while his company harasses the tenants.

While Christian showed up prepared with comps and seemed knowledgeable, I could not get a hold of him after the fact and didn’t receive a call back after calling three times and leaving a message. I also never received an email they said they would send weeks ago. Will be going with another property management company.

I've tried renting a property before twice and they don't treat anyone fairly. They keep up properties on their site for applications even if they already know who the owner is going to rent it to. The descriptions for the properties are false, there will be several things wrong with the houses and they won't fix it or say what's wrong but they'll want you to put in an application immediately. Their office is hard to find and they are reluctant to answer calls. I was able to get a key to view a house and there were broken windows and thin walls that were just slathered with paint to cover up any dirt or damage. They said they would fix it but it would be after we moved in. They aren't credible.

I paid 40$ for a rental app from rent experts ,it took 2 wks they denied my application without giving a reason. It reaks just taking your money. Be careful with these people
