If Google had 10 stars, I would also give Loan Factory's team, especially Teena Nguyen, 10 stars. At first, I tried working with them simply because they were my fellow countrymen, the same language and culture, so I prioritized testing to see how it was, even though there were many places that lend money. But surprisingly, they were extremely professional, smart, and had many quick and easy solutions for customers to avoid cumbersome procedures that overlap each other due to bureaucracy, which is considered an occupational disease of office workers. They, especially Teena Nguyen and then Emma, ​​treated my loan like their family. They were always worried about monitoring phone calls and text messages from the beginning of the application until the end. Even though my wife is not good at IT, they helped create applications for everything, my wife just had to sign. It was their kindness, intelligence and quickness that helped me buy the house that was right for me on time because if it was later, someone else would have bought it in cash and had time to close the interest rate before the interest rate increased. That is called the golden heart of Teena Nguyen. she deserve my gratitude, not to mention the time I started buying the house right when her house was in the area that had the worst hurricane in the past half century in Florida. To everyone who searching for mortgage companies , or any lenders you needs to be on high alert. They’ll tell you everything you want to hear, but follow-through is a whole different ballgame. My wife and I attempted to refinance one of our investment properties to launch another business. My wife insisted on using her friend at Loan Factory due to their long-standing relationship, but that was a huge mistake. While the loan officer was helpful, but her entire team was a complete disaster and incompetent . We’re ideal candidates with high credit scores and low loan-to-value ratios. It should have been a straightforward close, but we ended up four days behind the closing contract date because their disorganization caused endless delays. My wife had to run around town gathering documents that Loan Factory neglected to secure. They sent us a loan application from New York while we're in Florida, and they waited until the day before closing to contact the HOA for a questionnaire, requesting the wrong forms no less. We were already behind schedule, and they still couldn’t produce all necessary documents. The takeaway? There’s an ocean of lenders out there, and you must do your homework. Choose wisely and ensure you partner with someone who genuinely has your best interests at heart—avoid the chaos we went through. Based on our experience, I strongly advise NOT to use Loan Factory.
