Terrible company. Doesn’t care or want to help tenants just takes our money. The landlord is holding our security deposit when we moved in, and charged us again for a security deposit that automatically came out of my bank account. No one has gave me my money back, I’m short $900 and this company doesn’t care. The lady who answers the phone constantly has an attitude and doesn’t really wanna help us with our problems. The money, and down to our place being rotten. Our front bathroom is falling apart to water damage. Our back bathroom we cant even use cause the floor is caving in. You can request maintenance all you want, you will either see them once or none. They really are a terrible company. I don’t trust them at all and every day that goes by of them not even caring, and scamming us out of extra $900. Either things are going to be resolved soon from the landlord or a lawyer is gonna have to get involved. We’ve lived here over 4 years and we are consistent, these people are not. They are trying to tell us that we skipped a month of rent.. haha and we have all our receipts for each month. Just sad how they wanna take and take and give nothing.. But it’s okay cause at the end of the day I know we will win, and y’all are wrong.

Brad and Rhonda have been the most helpful, consistent, and enjoyable landlords and rental company that I have ever worked with. They are always available to help, steady in their work, and seek to help their tenants in whatever way possible. If we ever rent again or lease our house, we will definitely be using Real Property Management.

I’m having the WORSE experience with this company.
I enquired about a property and they told me somebody else was looking at it and (“probably was not going to get it”)
Keep in mind that somebody is still living in the house NOW. So nobody has seen this house that the company want us to pay an application fee on when the previous people are still living there.
Okay…..I put in an application cause ms Ronda strongly suggested that I do. So I did…a whole week went by and the conversation I’ve had with ms Ronda has completely changed.
Somebody from her company texted mw sayin I can go look at the house . Then they text me
I can’t. And now ms Ronda is sayin that the other people are going to get it and sayin she is still wanting on my plus 1 to apply …..
idk if Ms Ronda is just plan DUMB…but she got me but it is completely unprofessional to ask someone to pay an application for a house , when u as the landlord can’t even show it….but u want me to pay

I just taking my L on the $75 cause I’ve been calling and now they aren’t answering my phone calls an not calling me back.

It’s like the conversation I had with ms Ronda is totally different from the conversation I had AFTER I paid the company.

I don’t recommend them at all. They weren’t completely honest with me and they just want the money. If u gonna apply here don’t be shocked if they ask u to pay an application fee for a property when they can’t even show it .

The short story:
Brad and Rhonda are all you need. Give em a call and be confident that you are in great hands.

The longer story:
I was moving overseas and met Brad one hectic day before I left. I left a significant mess in the house I was handing over to him to care for, told him I was sorry, and headed to the airport. Brad and Rhonda took care of that house like you can't believe. It was like leaving your valuables with that old trusted friend who is going to look out for you and your interests. You aren't going to find better service, advice, and professionalism. He always shot it straight and even kept me from making poor decisions on more than one occasion. When it came time to sell, well he had it sold before it hit the market. Brad and Rhonda are a rare breed of honest professionals that you always hope to find but seldom do these days. They are good people and I will always wish them the best and I cant say "thank you" enough.

I rented a property from this people for 3 years .They promised they will fix things the fist or second week after you move in and they never do , Also when you call them to fix things in the house they normally do it using the cheapest materials possible and when you moved out they don't return your full deposit back even after you leave the house even cleaner than before you moved in . I requested receipts of the expenses of things they fixed and never heard from them . they steal your deposit money.

Once you put in an application and put up money for the lease and deposit, they'll tell you that they're holding the home for someone else.
This company couldn't get any worse.
I'd suggest NOT doing business with them.

Brad's name is Brad Reeves and he is a scam artist. Plain and simple. The recent reply from the company is absolutely false. If anyone would like to see the conversations from this horrible company, let me know and I'll be more than happy to share the FACTS.

It doesn't surprise me that scum like this would make up lies to try and make themselves look like they did no wrong.

The simple fact is that real property management is a horrible business and I would suggest everyone stay away from them.

Brad at Azalea city is unprofessional in how he conducts business. I looked at a property made an offer - Brad contacted the owner and he countered. I asked for a couple of things to be clarified from the owner because of the pool. Brad said he would contact owner back and let me know. Brad doesn't contact the owner and doesn't get back to me. I call and leave voice mail messages and emails trying to find out the status. After another day almost passes at 5:20pm eastern time I get in touch with Brad who says he just now sent the information I requested to the owner but he now has other applications to sort through. I can't even get a straight answer out of the guy as far as where I stand in this process. All I needed was a couple questions clarified and I would have signed the year lease yesterday. Now I'm being told something that he has to sort through other applicants. This guy is a sham and I would warn anyone that deals with him to be careful.

Rented from this company for a year. Was given a move out order less than 30 days before our lease was to renew. After cleaning the house and told not to worry about certain things, they decided to take out of our deposit anyway. I would not recommend this realty company. 1/10.
