We finally closed our house after 20 days thank you anh Nhan’s effort and endless support. I called First Stop Mortgage just to inquire about possibly having a hard money loan as an option in the event something falls through with my current lender on an investment property I am purchasing. Although I explained to him I did not think there would be any problems closing with my current lender, he took the time to prepare the process in the event of any unforseeable circumstances. I then asked him if he could help me with purchasing an insurance policy since I was having a hard time finding a company that was issuing a policy (many companies are exiting the market in CA), Even though there wasn't anything for him to gain financially, he went out of his way to have an insurance agent contact me and was able to get a policy immediately. He even followed up to make sure everything was resolved and if there was anything else he could help me with. It is so refreshing to see a person who is willing to sincerely help without thinking about their own benefit first. I highly recommend doing business with this company and I will using them for all of my real estate deals in the future!

First Stop Mortgage is the best mortgage office in the Bay Area. My case was done by Nhan within 4 days and the process was super easy. He took care of my documents and explained all my questions carefully to make sure that I could understand everything in the process. There are also other employees/ processors in the office who were very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great experience here and my case, which was rejected by 2 other offices, is now done by First Stop Mortgage. 5 stars for the service.
