Esther is someone you can TRUST, she is very TRANSPARENT. e.g. she offered to refer me to a big bank lender when she was not able to provide a competitive rate. I ended up working with her because a competitive rate appeared. Esther and her team is VERY RESPONSIVE, I was able to close escrow EARLY. The email communication with her team is very CLEAR. Esther was available to jump on a CALLS with me when I needed additional clarification. Paul Reyes on her team, the pipeline manager, is extremely ORGANIZED, he would provide weekly summaries of the timeline and what to expect coming up. The team worked CROSS FUNCTIONALLY, they communicated DIRECTLY with the real estate agents and escrow company, this allowed me to not have to relay messages. I cannot stress on how critical and amazing the team's COMMUNICATION was throughout the process. 100% recommend Esther and Paul.

Responsive, friendly, honest, reasonable. They have an excellent selection of competitive products. Even if you mainly talk with the big bank lenders, I'd still inquire with Esther. A 30 yr fixed jumbo she quoted me actually beat the big banks. I didn't end up getting a loan from her for other reasons, but nonetheless she was helpful and gave me some general tips on things to look out for.
