They lied and said the roof was good when I asked them to look at it before I moved in. They never fix stuff. My roof is leaking everywhere.. when they claimed it was fixed. I got electrical problems and air conditioning problems also. They get an attitude about everything and told me to just move then after they take all my money. Moving is not that easy. Now hurricane Idaho has my livingroom flooded and they won't even answer the phone or return my phone call.i had to put my own door on the utility room / storage room outside which was $125 .. because they said they don't have to because that's not apart of the house. They tv and furniture is getting wet right now. They don't care. They lied and took my money.

If I could give them a negative I would do so. This was a horrific experience! They’re very rude individuals and complete scammers. I was 9 months pregnant and they told me that the house I would be staying in was a great house. After signing the agreement the water would not work, it wasn’t enough outlets in the room, and holes in the walls that you can see outside. They told me they would fix it but I got no response. Then they realized how bad the condition of the house was in and sent me on a wild goose chase to find another house but they were basically in the same condition that I already had. I ended up giving birth and wasn’t even able to stay in the house I spent my hard earned money on. I’m very upset and disappointed with Keith.

They are the worst ... If you want to live in a roach infested hose that receives no repairs THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU they care nothing about the people.. they care nothing about how much u pay or if you've never been late THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GETTING THEIR MONEY your house could be falling in they'll probably charge u double rent just to get a problem fixed

Recently signed a lease for 1732 Wardwood Dr. I refused to move in the house because it’s infested with German roaches and rats, this is a report I got from pest control. The owners then went on to say, they’ll have to discuss on whether or not they can give me my full deposit and first month rent back. When it took them two weeks to get a pest control contractor out to property! I wouldn’t recommend renting from this business because how do you not know one of your houses is infested with roaches.

This place is horrible! It's sad when you pay your rent ON TIME & IN mf
FULL EVERY MONTH but can't get $* fixed in a timely manner! I bet if I skip rent they a will contact me about payment & threat to evict but can't seem to send someone or contact me about fixing their raggedy a $*! HIGHLY PISSED!!?

Went to view a rental that was supposed to be ready to move in. It WAS NOT. The house smelled horrible, it needs paint in EVERY room. The kitchen was a horrible experience. And they are asking for $1000 monthly

Been waiting for repairs for over 6 months. They want to get paid but dont want to maintain their property. We put in numerous work orders and still nothing. This company should be closed down.
