Paul Carter rented out a condo a few months ago to my husband and I that was not inhabitable and we didn't realize it until we moved in and stayed a few nights. We broke the lease because it was disgusting and after repeated complaints about the rotted door, the smell, water quality and mold all they managed to replace was part of the a/c which did nothing to help the problems.It was also not cleaned before we moved in and there were old food particles on the counter from God knows how many years ago. They refused to refund any money to us, not even the security deposit. They ripped us off for close to $3,000 total. I do not care what the lease said, there is such a thing as good business practices and being fair. They took advantage of the fact that it is hard to find anything for rent right now. It's disgusting to me that this is how we were treated. All I can say is check every single thing 2 or 3 times if you ever decide to rent anything from this agency but I would advise against it.
