Terrible value extractors. Should have known before signing a lease with CTL management. Will not delete unless reasonable accommodations are made in relation to Stanford heights/stoneridge APTs.

Autumn oaks soon to be previous resident. They lost the keys to my apartment and mailbox with the apartment number on it and DIDNT TELL ME. They then tried to blame it on my old roommate who’s been gone for a year and then they said I must have lost it when I have never lost my key and had to borrow from the office. They told me to get as much of my deposit back as possible I should schedule a walkthrough when my apartment is not being lived in. I called to schedule my appointment for when all my stuff will be moved out and they confirmed then they called back and said “we can’t do Saturday because you have to schedule two weeks in advance we can come tomorrow” obviously trying to scam as much money as possible because my stuff will not be moved out tomorrow. STAY AWAY FROM CTL MANAGEMENT THEY HIRE PEOPLE WITH NO EXPERIENCE AND DONT TRAIN THEM. They do not know policy and make promises they can’t keep.

Property is reasonably managed however if you rent from them be very critical and scrutinize the original walk through. They tend to nickel and dime you on items you can’t see i.e. fingerprints on mirrors I( I looked from every angle but couldn’t see any!!) Ticky tacky but it’s is a way they retain as much of your deposit as possible. Had I not copied my attorney on my email after I received the report I’m sure they would have attempted to keep more than they did. It’s strange they charge you for basic cleaning when they should automatically clean and sanitize before each new resident!!

Horrible rental priorities! My unit was shot multiple times(with a real gun) and nobody cared .. Management said my safety is not their problem. After i moved out they quoted my final rent and I paid in full.. Then They messed that up and kept my deposit and stated i owed them more money. I had paid the full amount stated in Their quote. NOW im playing phone tag trying to settle my debt which is already on my credit report. Horrible company.. and this isnt everything. Never again. Renters beware!

Do not rent from any properties run by CTL management. They gradually raised my rent from 700-1100 over a 5 year period which translates to the unit costing an extra $18,000 from the amount I originally signed my lease at. This company understands it's a huge ordeal to move and that's how they capitalized on meand my family. They did no upgrades of any sort, the model unit that I was shown had new upgrades and I was not informed that the unit I got wasn't as nice as the model. It was $30 more a month for water in a 634sq ft unit than it is in my current 1150 sq ft home. I had no idea I was renting from such a very aggressive and crooked company and I hope people read this before renting from them because I would hate to see someone make the same mistake. I am working on contacting the news channels to make sure the community is aware of how they treat people. Worst experience ever!

Worst rental company ever !! Moved out of my apartment in November 2019 left a forwarding address they kept my entire deposit. Never heard a word back from them two days ago they put a negative mark on my credit saying I owe them money and it's in collections I called to get it straightened out and the lady was so rude and hung up on me . They are the worst rental company ever. Never rent from Delta pointe liars and crooks

They are not professional at all if I could give a negative on here I would you guys really need to get it together my cousin had to wait to move in because of THERE OFFICE IS CLOSING which makes no sense the employees SUCK AT DELTA POINT APARTMENTS you guys really know how to make someone feel “Welcomed” idk who the manager is over there but you need to train better had a whole uhaul water money for them to tell her she has to wait Verry Unprofessional!!!!
