I tried to get technical support for their website and my account. I spoke many people including Corp but they said they don't have tech support, only for employees. For a Corp who services thousands of residents and others seeking housing via the website, I find it hard to believe there is no support.

Unprofessional and Discriminatory Practices at Terracina at Whitney Ranch, Managed by USA Multifamily Management

I recently attempted to apply for an apartment at Terracina at Whitney Ranch, part of USA Multifamily Management, and it has been the worst experience I’ve encountered in over 20 years of living in the U.S.

From the beginning, the manager was unwelcoming, unprofessional, and unfriendly. It became evident that if she doesn’t take a liking to you, especially if you speak with an accent, your application is likely to be unfairly rejected. USA Multifamily Management appears to support this kind of behavior, as they used vague and unjustified reasons to reject my application, hiding behind “policies” that were neither transparent nor clearly explained.

Despite meeting all the necessary qualifications, I was denied without any legitimate reasoning, leaving me with the impression that favoritism and discriminatory practices are a common occurrence at this complex. This kind of treatment is deeply concerning, especially when it contributes to the broader housing challenges in Sacramento.

In a city already grappling with homelessness and housing insecurity, such bureaucratic and biased practices only exacerbate the problem. I would strongly caution anyone considering applying to Terracina at Whitney Ranch or any property managed by USA Multifamily Management, as they seem to prioritize personal biases over fair and equal treatment.

The worst management company ever! The leasing office staff who work at Vintage Gardens Senior Apartments in the city of West Covina California are extremely rude and unprofessional. The ladies sit in their office during work hours and are putting on their eyelashes and makeup on instead of working. Oh and don't bother asking them a question because the attitude will kick in.

I lived in a property managed by this despicable bunch of people who run their properties like a little country. You WON'T LIKE IT. Too many invasive rules and they will not answer questions with "transparency"" saying, "in our Country, we don't have anything like this." Choose carefully.

Well, "BLACK HISTORY MONTH" IS IN FEBRUARY AND IS IGNORED, I HAVE PUT A POSTER UP & IT WAS TORN OFF THE WALL here. IT'S imperative to call and clear the air here, meet with me and staff.
