i took my forklift to get some brake issues fixed , they had it over 2 month charged me $1000 and didn't fixed the issue . i called and they send a guy to check it and never heard from them again . If your thinking about using there service just don't. They have no communication and accountability for the work they do .

Id Give 0 Stars if i could. Avoid this company at all costs!!!! Buckle up this is a long read and its well worth it to know what kind of service you WONT get.
I got referred here to service a kubota engine on a compressor since apparently they are the only ones that have the software to communicate with the computer.
I talked to Jamie and he said the issues i was having is probably from the recall for kubota engines. He said he would talk to kubota and reach out to me. after 3 days of not hearing back and me calling and texting him, i finally get ahold of him and he says he forgot to call Kubota but they have a meeting tomorrow and he would call me back by 11:00.
Of course i never heard from him and continuously tried to reach out and get ahold of him. Finally days later he answers his phone. Says to bring it by friday morning and assured me it would be ready for pickup monday morning.
So apparently they need to clean to DPF and that took 2 weeks UNTIL I FINALLY HEARD BACK and they said it would be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and i dont hear anything from them. So i call and call and text with no response. Finally jamie calls me back and says it needs 3 new sensors and i have to agree to pay the price before they will go get them. I agree and he says it will be done by noon. 1:00 comes around and i havent heard anything. I stop by at 2:30 and Who would have guessed, Its finally done. After i pay the whopping $2900 Bill for a DPF! I take it back to my shop and use it the next day for 2 hours only for it to do the exact same thing it did before. I think you get the point that getting ahold of Jamie is a joke so ill leave that out from now on, but just know i had to wait multiple days before i heard back.
So finally get a tech out to the field to look at it and preform a manual regen, that made it run fine the next day for about 4-6 hours. After a week and a half of it being down ONCE AGAIN, the tech comes out again to service it and gets it going. (the tech is awesome i have nothing bad to say about blake) Then today i get a bill from Alpine Equipment for $600 FOR WORK THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WARRANTIED SINCE THEY DIDNT EVEN FIX IT THE FIRST TIME. What a scumbag company only in it for a quick buck. I wont even recommend an enemy here. DO BETTER

Don't expect this company to follow through with what they say. I was told they would service my machine almost 2 weeks ago. When I call to ask for any updates I am told they will service it that day so I plan once again to not use the machine that day only for it not to be serviced for the 3rd time. I don't know if their service is any good but their scheduling and communication needs serious work. I understand that there is a possibility of them being busy but to literally tell me 3 times they were going to service it that day is why I have decided to go somewhere else.

I've tried multiple times to get quotes on parts for a Hyundai excavator I'm working on. They're the only dealer for Hyundai heavy equipment within a 200 mile radius of where im working unfortunately. Will not return my phone calls, and obviously do not like money or helping you get parts. Don't waste your time with them if at all possible.
