Our first encounter with Fred Wilson was in the summer of 2017 . We were looking at homes or to purchase, and we were referred to Fred by our realtor . After meeting with him, it was determined that I needed to improve my credit score as well as file my tax returns . It took some time, but Fred home with us and stayed in touch . This past June, we were finally in the position to purchase a home . Needless to say, it’s a very competitive market. I myself was not very hopeful. . However, Fred walked us through the loan application process, and we managed to secure a property and get approved for the loan.. with help from Fred in our agent, we closed on our home recently. We first met Fred in 2016 while trying to buy a house, we moved from Pa to VA and I was 8 months pregnant. He was always professional and made the process as easy as he could. Fast forward to now 2021, my husband and I decided to refinance our house and reached back out to Fred since he helped us so much in 2016. Fred is someone we knew we could trust, he was always there to answer questions ( and I sure had many throughout the process) he was patient and always responded almost immediately.
