I will sum my experience with Team Shannon and Ben as Professional, Transparent, Thorough, Knowledgeable, Resourceful and very Respectful. What I didn't expect was the quality of time they gave at the most unconventional hours. My wife & I can’t thank Shannon and Ben enough for all the support and guidance they provided in securing our first home loan. I highly recommend the Potomac Trust Mortgage Company, and definitely plan on using them again.

I needed to re-finance an investment property in a tight timeline, Heath, Heather and team came through for me: They gave me a good rate with reasonable terms AND they did so with stellar service and on-time closing (which was no easy feat).

I rarely post a review online and have nothing to gain from this, but they really went above and beyond and deserve a great review. You won't regret working with them (and I plan to do so again if I'm in the market).
