My husband and I were very pleased at the way Rebecca Smith from IXL handled the process of buying our first home. She took her time to look for houses that might have met our needs as well as provided opportunities for us to view homes we sought out ourselves. After making an offer, the information we needed weeks leading up to closing was communicated well. She had recommendations of various contractors that followed through to get particular jobs completed. Rebecca has a very positive outlook with her clients’ best interest in mind. I’m glad she represented us and will recommend her to others needing an agent.

Rebecca Smith has to be the best Real Estate Agent in Alabama! She goes way above what is expected of her! When I hired her to sell my house I thought all that would be done was try to get the best deal for the house as it was! However, the house needed extensive work and Rebecca showed up and did more than her share of work on the house to get it ready to sell! She then sold the house for a price that I thought was extremely fair after all the work that was done on the place! She earned ever penny of her commission! So if anyone wants a good real estate person I would highly recommend Rebecca Smith! She is the best!
