We recently used Troy and his team help get a loan for our new house. We were not really in the market at the time but was able to use Troy as a sounding board if we decided to move forward as this could potentially be our first sale and purchase. Troy was able to offer advice and strategize on the best way to move forward as well as provide guidance with our current property. I quickly realized with Troys background and years of experience there wasn’t a situation that he hasn’t come across that he didn’t have a solution for. When we did find a property we were interested in Troy and his team immediately went into action. He worked with our Realtor and his team started getting the necessary documents from us to help put together an offer letter for the property. Once our offer was accepted Troys team really sprung into action and put together a time frame, estimated closing costs and a closing date. I hadn’t purchased a house in years and was very happy how easy the process was with the software Troys team used to collect all the documents and keep us updated on where we were in the process. Everytime I had a question about some part of the process either Troy or his team member was immeditately available for a phone call to answer my question and there were quite a few. Our loan closed on the day that was initially given and the estimated closings costs were spot on. Highly recommend Troy and his team as they took away a lot of the stress of buying a house.

It was a great experience working with Troy Toureau. He walked my wife and I through this process step by step, answered all questions, and his integrity was held to the highest standards during this overwhelming process of purchasing a home. Troy and his team were great to work with and a very smooth process getting the home loan. Unfortunately their team sold our loan to another mortgage company and it has been a disaster ever since (the new mortgage company are a bunch of criminals who steal your money). Recommend you do your research to make sure you are with a mortgage company with a great reputation and who will not sell you out.
