I have to say-it is quite an incredible experience to have a company be so helpful, so knowledgeable and kind. Scott was always right there to help, to guide, to help me understand the process and to make sure I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. Getting a mortgage or refinancing when you are self employed (and a widowed single mom) is usually a treacherous and overwhelming experience, but Scott's fluid knowledge of the details needed made it effortless and completely stress free.
