I first met Sergio back in late 2021 when I was selling my property in rural western Virginia and needed to relocate to metro DC/Northern Virginia for work. Selling an older property in need of extensive repairs as-is is not an easy task to accomplish, especially given how fluid the market was back then and how it still is today, but Sergio took the challenge and after about 6 months we were finally able to close and get the amount I was satisfied with.

Fast-forward about a year later and after an extensive search for a property I could afford and be comfortable with for a work-school-life balance commute for myself and daughter I was able to find the perfect location. Sergio not only got me a perfect home but locked me in at an amazing rate that in today's market is getting harder and harder to come by. We spent months looking at various properties and juggling different numbers and rates and it was not an easy task but as was the case with my older property he never gave up and kept working for me and my family every day. Every situation is different with every buyer, and this is where Sergio excels in his profession, he will get the buyer to the finish line every time.

No one can predict what the markets will do but one thing that is predictable is you will have a realtor that will work for you and put your goals and expectations in his sights.
