As a self-employed person, buying a home is very difficult. I tried to get a home loan with Navy Fed but I was approved for an amount that was considerably less that what I thought I should qualify for. I called Embrace loans through a recommendation. Within a couple days they called me back with the good news that I was approved for the amount that I needed. They got me a great rate and got me in to the home that I wanted for my family. UPDATE: Re-Financed my house to take advantage of the low rates. My man gave me a call to let me know that they dropped. He locked me on a super-low rate and was able to get the paperwork and the re-finance done without me lifting a finger! Because of the crew at Embrace I'm saving over $1,000 a month! As an Active Duty Marine, time is not always on my side because of mission requirements. My time is limited due to many vital responsibilities that I hold in my occupation as a service member. Therefore, my time with my family is very precious and I do not like sacrificing it. Mr. Bert Gent Jr, was phenomenal and his keen attention to detail and impeccable communication exceeded my expectations as my senior loan officer. He understood that my time was limited and he ensured to be available whenever I was. Even while being stationed overseas, he attended to my phone calls and text messages promptly. To any one who has bought a house understands that it can be a stressful process and it is even more so coming from overseas. However, he made it possible for me and my family to have a close knit team who expedited the process and ensured me and my family were taken care off. He is the person everyone wants on their team and only looked out for the very best for me and my family.
