What to expect:
First meeting is held at the office with the Real Estate Agent and Angel/Alexis. They make you feel as if you were a guest in their home. You will be provided with a binder that explains every step of the way throughout your process/journey. All of your questions and doubts are discussed. Finally, a plan is set to move forward with your purchase/selling needs.

Most of my interactions were with Alexis. I can't express how thankful I am for his PROFESSIONALISM and DEDICATION. I have a hard time trusting people, but Alexis made me feel in such comfort that i was able to take my foot of the pedal. He guided me through the entire process and never dropped the ball. Alexis made sure he was available at all time when I had any doubts or concerns. I also made some mistakes along the way and they quickly had solutions. The value in that is priceless.

The process was UNIQUE to me because Alexis and Angel never made this process transactional. They both worked in my best interest. In my past transactions, it felt very shaky and everyone was just in for the money. Alexis and Angel were HONEST through the entire process by disclosing all the issues we would encounter. The knowledge they has developed is EXCEPTIONAL, which helped tremendously when tough decisions needed to be made.
