My experience with CES Real Estate School was pleasant. One of my favorite things was that Charlotte had lots of experience so she was able to give us real life examples vs. senerios, which brought the material to life and made it relatable, understandable, and rememberable. So I not only gained knowledge I also gained understanding.

The first 2 weeks of class were good. But after that, the teacher would talk about how this "school" was easy money for her and would go off topic and never give a full day's worth of class. She would arrive late. Took forever to get the class started, and talk about her personal life instead of going into the course material.
she cut the class short by 2 or 3 weeks. I feel like I lost time and money here. Also, there was an online student who OPENLY said the online teacher was not doing a good job at teaching. And Charlette (the in-person teacher) was not surprised and knew that an online person was not a good fit for that role. But still had her teaching anyways. That's why the online student had the opportunity to come to the in-person class because the online class was terrible.
the Whole idea was nice but the execution was poor.
